Meet the Education Team

Ramona Audette

Ramona has been doing Nose Work since 2008 when she signed up for her first Nose Work class with two of the founders. She became a Certified Nose Work Instructor in 2009 and became one of the Founding Instructors. She participated in the first NACSW™ National Invitational with Labrador Anton.

Ramona is a NACSW™ Trial Judge, an ORT Judge, has been a Trial Certifying Official and has taught at Pennsylvania and Colorado Nose Work Camps. Ramona has always sought to increase her knowledge of dogs and dog behavior. She has trained with Pia Silvani, Ian Dunbar, John Rogerson, Bob Bailey, Suzanne Clothier and many more.

Besides K9 Nose Work® and AKC Scentwork, she has also participated in Competition Obedience, Agility, Rally, Treibball and Tracking.

Ramona began volunteering for Guide Dogs of America in 1988 and in 1993 became an employee. She continues to volunteer for GDA even after moving to Oregon. Guide Dogs of America is a non-profit organization that trains dogs for blind and visually impaired individuals as well as service dogs for Veterans, children with Autism and Facilities.

Ramona teaches Obedience, House Manners, Nose Work and Treibball.
